The 50th Marathon de Paris, on an April morning in the French capital. If you secured a bib, we will build race week around it.

About this race

About Paris Marathon 2027

The ASICS Marathon de Paris takes place on Sunday 4 April 2027, the race’s 50th edition. For 2027 the organizer moved general entry to a lottery, which the official site showed as closed with results pending at our last check. Charity entries are offered through the official site.

The organizer has not yet published the 2027 course; the exact start and finish locations will be announced later. In previous editions the race started on the Champs-Élysées and finished on Avenue Foch, near the Arc de Triomphe. That is history, not the confirmed 2027 route. A 50th edition will be a big occasion, and Paris in early April is a busy time to travel.

This page is for runners who hold, or are waiting to hear about, an entry. Visterra Runs plans the transatlantic arrival, a stay chosen once the 2027 start is announced, and race-week support. If you are also running the Semi de Paris on 7 March, we can plan both trips.
