Brooklyn to Central Park on a March morning, across the Manhattan Bridge and through Times Square. If you have an entry, we will plan New York around it.

About this race

About NYC Half Marathon 2027

The United Airlines NYC Half takes place on Sunday 21 March 2027. At our last check, the 2027 drawing timing was still to be confirmed and charity entries were open through the organizer, New York Road Runners.

Few half marathons cover this much city. Recent editions started in Prospect Park in Brooklyn, crossed the Manhattan Bridge, ran up the FDR Drive, along 42nd Street and through Times Square, and finished in Central Park. It is a point-to-point race with an early start and a very large field.

That makes New York a planning race: a start in Brooklyn and a finish in Manhattan, an early wake-up, and a busy city around you. Visterra Runs plans the stay and race-morning route around your entry. We do not sell entries. The organizer works with official international tour operators who may offer travel packages with guaranteed entry, and Visterra Runs is not one of them.

Brooklyn start, Manhattan finish

Where you stay changes your race morning. Our recommendation is to choose a base with a simple transit route to the start, then plan your return from Central Park.
