About this race

About Cambridge Half Marathon 2027

The Cambridge Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 14 March 2027. Pre-registration was closed at our last check, and general or charity access depends on official channels and capacity, so this page is mainly for runners who already have a place.

The course is what makes Cambridge memorable. In recent editions it started and finished on Victoria Avenue next to Midsummer Common, crossed the River Cam several times, and ran through the grounds of colleges including King’s and Jesus, then out toward Grantchester. It is generally flat and certified.

For runners travelling from outside the UK, Cambridge usually means flying into a London airport and continuing by train or road. Visterra Runs plans that link, a stay that suits race morning, and race-week support around your place.
